How do I delete my account?

Visit our account deletion page, or email us from your registered address with subject "Delete Account".

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → QRKit: QR Scanner & Generator → Cancel Subscription.

App won't connect?

Check Internet connection, force-quit, and reopen. If still failing, email us with a screenshot.
